Hi, I’m Stephanie Turner, a Public Adjuster at Noble Public Adjusting Group. I work directly with homeowners to assess property damage, document losses, and guide them through the claims process so they feel supported every step of the way. My journey into adjusting began after Hurricane Ian, when I witnessed firsthand how many families were left with denied or unfair payouts. Motivated to make a difference, I earned my Public Adjuster license and am passionate about helping others by standing up for homeowners and making sure their damages are fully recognized. Outside of work, I’m a proud mother of two. You’ll usually find me poolside, enjoying the Florida sunshine, or spending time at the beach with my family

Lorne Brown

Public Adjuster

Born and raised in Napa Valley, California… I left the land of Earthquakes and Wildfires 28 years ago for the land of Tornadoes and Hurricanes on the East Coast, and I’ve learned you should never have to go through any damage to your home on your own. With 20+ years in construction management, assisting people with insurance losses over the years has translated easily into assisting people with their insurance losses in the Public Adjusting capacity. My wife, Michelle, and I have 3 children, and we’re officially the youngest grandparents to 8 grandchildren. Okay, I made that last part up. BUT, the 8 grandkids do keep us young at heart, and that’s a fact.

James "Bo" Williamson

Founder And Owner, Public Adjuster

Bo Williamson - Noble Founder/Owner
Hi I’m Bo Williamson. I’m a Christian, husband, and dad before all else, but a true entrepreneur at heart. I grew up pretty poor, and was always looking for ways to help take care of my family. I had a paper route at the age of seven and worked on the railroad in Atlanta when I was twelve. I also processed small loans, with interest, for my siblings. I had a very strong personality and sense of duty, from an early age. I became a Marine immediately after high school, while attending Business School at Jacksonville State University and simultaneously owning and operating a retail store, fitness gym, and different multi-level marketing ventures. I have dedicated most of my adult life to building businesses and studying the Bible. Finding Public Adjusting has really brought together the two main pursuits of my life, which are business and helping those in need. I enjoy helping others, while also supporting my family. I married Heather, the love of my life, in 2008. A recent Nursing School graduate from South Georgia, she was the smartest, pretty little thing I’d ever seen. Heather and I shared common interests for building our faith, a family, and business and we wasted no time starting them all. We moved around the country getting to know construction and restoration, insurance and estimating, and together breathed life into Noble Public Adjusting Group, in 2011. We investigated and processed catastrophe claims all across the country until 2013, when we finally put roots down in the Panhandle of Florida. The company expanded seemingly at light speed, as we received a warm welcome from the Emerald Coast. We have been honored to acquire numerous awards from local organizations, such as the Chamber of Commerce and it has been a joy to help with philanthropic efforts in our community. While our headquarters is firmly planted in Panama City Beach, we have been able to expand in all directions of the South East. We handle appraisals nationwide and send teams to help in various disasters areas all over the map. We were the only local Public Adjusting Firm in the Panhandle when Hurricane Michael hit in 2018, and were able to handle and process thousands of claims with fluidity and ease due to our incredible staff and efficient system. We plan to continue expanding as long as there is a need, but only while maintaining the highest standards of proficiency and integrity. “Whatever your hand finds to do, do it with your might…” Ecclesiastes 9:10.
